Admonish (VERB) डाँटना या सलाह देना

  • Meaning:  Scold or counsel in terms of someone’s behaviour. किसी के व्यवहार के संदर्भ में डाँटना या सलाह देना
  • Synonyms: Criticize, Reproach, Warn
  • Antonyms: Praise
  • Example Sentence: We had to admonish a student for arriving late to the class.

VAIN (ADJECTIVE) व्यर्थ  बेकार  निरर्थक

  • Meaning:  Marked by futility or ineffectualness. निरर्थकता या अप्रभावीता द्वारा चिह्नित

  • Antonyms: Successful, Productive, Useful
